Q: Can i purchase tickets at the door?

A:  Yes,  You can purchase tickets on the door at all of our events.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket, or can I just show it on my phone?

A:  We prefer to just see it on your phone, but if you prefer, feel free to print it out.

Q: Can i bring my children?

A: Yes, we welcome children at our events. Under 16yrs are free with a paying Adult

Q: Is there parking?

A: Yes. There is plenty of free parking @ Derby. Look out for the road signs to point you in the right place. 

 

Q: Is there food and drink?

A: Yes, The venue will be providing catering for us. Drinks, light lunches as well as cakes and snacks.

Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, The venue is fully accessible to disabled visitors.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: Sadly only assistance dogs are allowed. 

​

Q: Can i come and go during the day?

A: Yes.Upon entry you will be given a wrist band. Just show this to the door staff and you will be allowed back in to the event hall.

Q: Do the Venue do Bag Search's

A: No. We currently don't do any bag searches.
