Want to exhibit with White Light Events?   We currently have 20+ events throughout 2025 planned ranging from small, more intimate events to our largest events at Magna(Sheffield) and Concorde(Manchester). We offer something for every exhibitor from those just starting out to the more seasoned trader.

We use a rolling deposit scheme. When you book with us we ask for 1 x £50 deposit. Even if you book 10 events, it's still just £50. This deposit then rolls over until the final event you have booked with us. This is then taken off the balance for this event.

All of our prices can be found on the booking form below. Costs include tables, chairs, access to electric, placement on our website for 12months, the offer to host a talk or workshop at your chosen event(s).
