White Light Events Ltd Digital Loyalty Program: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the WLE Digital Loyalty Program ("Programme). By downloading, adding to your digital wallet, or using our digital loyalty card ("Card"), you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to join the Program.

• The Card is for personal use only. You cannot share, transfer, or sell your Card or stamps/points to another person.

• Limit of one Card per individual. [1]

 

2. Earning Stamps and Rewards

• How to Earn: Present your digital card at the entry gate during an official White Light Events live daytime event.

• Scan Limits: You can only earn a maximum of one stamp or point per event night (or per qualifying purchase), unless stated otherwise for a special promotion.

• Redemption: Accumulated stamps unlock a free visit as advertised on your digital Card. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. [1, 2, 3]

 

3. Expiration and Validity

• Program Validity: Stamps and rewards are valid only for 1 calendar year. Unused stamps expire 12 months from your last recorded event attendance. [1]

• Event Cancellations: If a live event is cancelled or rescheduled, stamps earned for that specific date may be adjusted or revalidated at the discretion of management.

 

4. Privacy and Data

• By registering for the Card, you agree that we may collect personal data (such as your name, email address, and event check-in history).

• We use this data to run the loyalty scheme, send rewards to your phone, and share updates about upcoming live shows.

• We will not sell your personal data to third parties. [1]

5. Changes and Termination

• White Light Events Ltd can change, pause, or end this Program, or update these Terms, at any time. We will try to notify you of major changes via email or updates to the digital pass.

• We can cancel your Card and delete your points if we suspect fraud, abuse of the system, or a break of these Terms.
