Q: Can i purchase tickets at the door?

A:  Yes, you can purchase tickets on the door at all of our events.

Q: Can I exchange or refund my entrance ticket?

A:  If you can’t make a specific day of the festival, you can use the ticket on another day. If you cannot make any day of this festival unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or swap tickets to a future event.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket, or can I just show it on my phone?

A:  That’s up to you, either will work!

Q: Can i bring my children?

A: Yes, we welcome children at our events. Children under 16yrs are free entry. We have a special Halloween

body part hunt for the children. Find all 6 Body Parts and they'll receive a goodie bag.

Q: Is there parking?

A: Yes, There is car parking around the Pavilion Gardens either in pay and display car parks or on street.

 

Q: Is there food and drink?

A: Yes, The venue will be providing refreshments. Drinks, hot food and light lunches as well as cakes and snacks. You are welcome to bring your own.

Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

A: All of the event hall is wheel chair accessible. Unfortunately due to the nature of the building talk Zone B has 4 steps leading upto it. Wheel chairs are unable to gain access.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: Yes. Will behaved dogs are welcome although they must remain on a lead at all times. 

​

Q: Can i come and go throughout the day?

A: Yes. You will be given a wrist band when you first arrive at the event. Simply show this to our door staff to regain entry.
