Q: Can i purchase tickets at the door?

A:  Yes, you can purchase tickets on the door at all of our events.

Q: Can I exchange or refund my entrance ticket?

A:  If you can’t make a specific day of the festival, you can use the ticket on another day. If you cannot make any day of this festival unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or swap tickets to a future event.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket, or can I just show it on my phone?

A:  That’s up to you, either will work!

Q: Can i bring my children?

A: Yes, we welcome children at our events. Children under 16yrs are free entry.

Q: What is the concession rate?

A: Concession rate allows: NHS staff, armed forces, disabled and carers, unemployed, students, blue light card holders entry at a reduced rate. Proof of disability will be asked for at the entrance.

Q: Is there parking?

A: Yes, the hotel has parking available. There is also on street parking around the hotel. 

 

Q: Is there food and drink?

A: Yes, The hotel will be providing refreshments. Drinks, hot food and light lunches as well as cakes and snacks.

Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

A: All of the event is wheel chair accessible. There is step free access to the event hall, just let our door staff know and we will guide you in.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: Yes, the hotel is dog friendly. They do need to be kept on a lead. 

​

Q: Can i come and go throughout the day?

A: Yes. You will be given a wrist band when you first arrive at the event. Simply show this to our door staff to regain entry.
