Q: Can i purchase tickets at the door?

A:  Yes, you can purchase tickets on the door at all of our events.

Q: Can I exchange or refund my entrance ticket?

A:  If you can’t make a specific day of the festival, you can use the ticket on another day. If you cannot make any day of this festival unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or swap tickets to a future event.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket, or can I just show it on my phone?

A:  That’s up to you, either will work!

Q: Can i bring my children?

A: Yes, we welcome children at our events. Children under 16yrs are free entry.

Q: Is there parking?

A: Yes, There is plenty of parking around the Imperial Rooms, within pay and display car parks. 

 

Q: Is there food and drink?

A: Yes, Honey Bee Kitchen will be providing catering for us. Drinks, hot food and light lunches as well as cakes and snacks. You are welcome to bring your own.

Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

A: Imperial Rooms Matlock is fully accessible to disabled visitors.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A:Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome, as long as they are kept on a lead.

Q: Can i come and go throughout the day?

A: Yes. You will be given a wrist band when you first arrive at the event. Simply show this to our door staff to regain entry.
