Q: Can i purchase tickets at the door?

A:  Yes, you can purchase tickets on the door at all of our events.

Q: Can I exchange or refund my entrance ticket?

A:  If you can’t make a specific day of the festival, you can use the ticket on another day. If you cannot make any day of this festival unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or swap tickets to a future event.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket, or can I just show it on my phone?

A:  That’s up to you, either will work!

Q: Can i bring my children?

A: Yes, we welcome children at our events. Children under 16yrs are free entry.

     To keep your little ones amused during your visit, we have a children's dragon hunt. Find all 6 missing dragons

     around the event hall and the children win a goodie bag.

Q: Is there parking?

A: Yes, There is a large free car park. Please follow the Brown road signs for Magna. The car park is infront of the main entrance.  

 

Q: Is there food and drink?

A: Yes, The venue will be providing refreshments. Drinks, hot food and light lunches as well as cakes and snacks. You are welcome to bring your own.

Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

A: All of the event hall is wheel chair accessible.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: Only Assistance dogs are allowed at the venue.

Q: Can i come and go throughout the day?

A: Yes. You will be given a wrist band when you first arrive at the event. Simply show this to our door staff to regain entry.
