The answers to some of the most asked questions.
Q: Do i need to buy tickets before we arrive?
A: No. All of our events have tickets available on the door. Pre-booked tickets will allow you at some of our larger events to gain entry faster.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash at our events. Our website takes Credit & Debt cards and pay pal.
Q: Do i need to pay for a talk or workshop?
A: No you don't. All of our talks & workshops are included within the entry price. We do host extra intimate workshops at certain events, these are not included and will be advertised as such.
Q: Do i need to book for a talk or workshop?
A: No you don't. All of our talks & workshops are simply turn up at the allotted time and find a free seat.
Q: Do exhibitors take card payments?
A: Most of our exhibitors have the ability to accept card payments, however there are one or two who do not.
Q: Am i able to get the concession rate?
A: Our concession rate is aimed at visitors who are either: 60+, in receipt of PIP or job seekers, carers, students, armed forces, NHS or the emergency services.
