Q: Can i purchase tickets at the event?

A:  Yes, you can purchase tickets on the door at all of our events.

Q: Can i bring my children?

A: Yes, we welcome children at our events. We have a missing animal hunt for our younger visitors. Find all 6 missing Halloween items around the event hall and get a gift bag.

Q: Is there Free parking?

A: Yes & No.  The Pavilions only has a small pay and display car park. There is plenty of on street (Free) parking around the venue.

Q: Is there food and drink?

A: Yes, The venue will be providing refreshments. Drinks, hot food and light lunches as well as cakes and snacks.

Q: Can i book the special workshops at the event?

A: Depends. The extra workshops have limited capacity and although we will have some tickets available on the day these are likely to sell out quickly. Tickets are available via our website.

Q: Is the venue accessible?

A: Yes, Most of the venue is accessible for our disabled visitors. Be aware that there is 4 steps up to workshop Zone B

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: Guide dogs are welcome at the event. (Other dogs are not permitted within the venue.)
